Using the calendar feature inside the app, you can select a time and date that suits you for a rider to collect your recycling.
Once you have found a suitable time and date, confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation message immediately.
There’s no need to do anything else except sit back and relax. Our rider will be with you soon!

Think of them like a points reward system at your grocery shop, only without having to remember how many points is equal to how many pounds.
The more items you recycle the more reward points you receive! You can use these rewards whenever you like or keep them in your account throughout the year and build your points to redeem at the end of the year.
